This place is def a hidden gem near the Brooklyn Heights. Spent the day in the city watching a Yankee game and wanted to hit up my hometown. Sat at the heights enjoying the view I wanted a place to eat within walking distance as I didn’t want to move my car. Found this place about a 5 min walk from the Heights and I’m so glad we ate here. Everything was absolutely delicious. We got the avocado roll, takoyaki, shrimp tempura, side of white rice, chicken katsu & gyoza dumplings. I recommend you do reservations at peak days/times like Fridays or Saturdays as this place is quite small, but we came on a Sunday at around 6:30pm and it didn’t seem very much busy so we were able to be seated right away. There is a QR code you scan at the table and you can view the menu and order all from your phone. When you’re ready to checkout you go back into the web browser you opened the QR code on and hit checkout & your server will bring your bill. They do 5% discount on cash payments. Our server was hustling as she pretty much ran the show solo, but she killed it. We had a great experience at Don Neo Fusion! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. They even gave my son a token for a plushie from the vending machine, which was such a sweet gesture. We'll definitely be back soon! 😊😋✨

Great tasting food! We ordered this for take out. Beef gyudon and salmon chirashi. Both were great and good value.

Overall, a decent meal. Your order is handled through a QR code on the table, and they will bring the food to you. The small bites we ordered were all cold dishes but tasty. The giant unagi nigiri was sticky and sweet, but a bit tricky to eat due to the size of the roll. The tobiko rolls were delicious! The Classic Men was good, but the chashu slices were extremely lean and dry and difficult to chew. The Gyu Don was well seasoned and tasty, though there were some strong hints of cumin spice in some bites.

Very nice spot, food was great. Atmosphere was very nice and would definitely recommend especially if you are looking to plan a date, the music isn’t too loud as it’s mostly Japanese soft pop. Nicely decorated though mostly for smaller groups as the space can be a bit tight. Got the Noodles (Hot Men and Regular Men) was very flavorful and the Hot Men was not too spicy. Got the Scorched Inari, and would recommend getting the Popcorn Karaage very soft and delicious. Drink wise would recommend the Melon Spritz as it was very light and refreshing with a vibrance that wakes you up. The Pinkie Promise was also well made. Service was very nice and the server answered questions about how we can go about ordering with the QR code for the table. One recommendation is definitely paying attention while looking for the restaurant since it’s on the second floor and you may miss the sign for the entrance.
